There is a new version of firmware as of March 20, 2018 that needs to be updated prior to April 1, 2018. Please request your new SD card here. If you have questions, here is a step-by-step guide for installing your new firmware update. 

To determine which which firmware version you are on, please review this document. Note - if you are currently on version 4.3.22.2, you are ELD compliant.

Please make sure to also follow the 3 easy steps below: 

1. Make sure your Garmin tablet is connected and powered up in your vehicle

2. Verify that your driver can log into the Garmin unit

3. Click ELD icon from your Garmin unit from your home screen and verify your driver logs are up to date
